Former Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin signed a three-year contract with the Oakland Raiders Wednesday. McGloin’s agent, Mark F. Magazu II, broke the news via Twitter. McGloin went undrafted in last month’s NFL Draft and is walking on to an NFL team, much like he did to the Penn State football program. During his senior season, McGloin threw for 3,271 yards, 24 touchdowns and led the Nittany Lions to an 8-4 record in Bill O’Brien’s first season as head coach. Source: Philly.com
