Suspended indefinitely by the NFL for his role in the New Orleans Saints' "bounty" scandal, Gregg Williams' career on the sideline hangs in the balance. Williams hasn't spoken to Commissioner Roger Goodell since his punishment was announced, but he emerged Friday for the first time to talk publicly about his future. "I will coach again," Williams told ESPN.com, at his annual charity golf event in Excelsior Springs, Mo. Had the Saints not tumbled into scandal in recent months, Williams would have spent this season as defensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams. The Rams haven't named anyone to replace Williams, and coach Jeff Fisher said he wouldn't rule out bringing him back down the road. Source: NFL.com
Meh...you never know. He and Fisher are very, VERY good friends and the Rams haven't officially "terminated" him yet...
