Falcons quartyerback Matt Ryan (turf toe) is "highly unlikely" to start against the Saints, reports Jason La Canfora of NFL.com on his Twitter account. Ryan injured the toe in a week 12 win over the Buccaneers and was considered questionable all week. Verteran Chris Redman is exepcted to start in his place for the second straight game.
