Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, who is battling a turf toe injury, will not play today against the New Orleans Saints. Also, running back Michael Turner, who re-injured a high ankle sprain will trying to come back against Tampa Bay, was also designated inactive along with starting right guard Harvey Dahl, who has an ankle injury. The other players declared inactive were cornerback Chris Houston, fullback Verron Haynes, tight end Jason Rader, tight end Justin Peelle and defensive tackle Trey Lewis.
