Atlanta wide receiver Michael Jenkins, who has missed the first two games with a shoulder injury, will be inactive again, according to a team official. Jenkins returned to practice on a limited basis this week and that raised hope that he might be ready to play against the Saints. But Atlanta coach Mike Smith, who blamed himself for letting Michael Turner return too soon from an injury last year, is now taking a cautious approach on injuries.
