Coming on the heels of a report that Brett Favre recently sought the advice of a noted surgeon about his battered throwing arm, Favre's agent, Bus Cook couldn't confirm nor deny the report on Saturday, but said "there's absolutely no substance to all the speculation" surrounding the veteran quarterback's un-retirement.
