While Oakland Raiders coach Hue Jackson made it clear this week that running back Darren McFadden will not need surgery on his injured foot, it is unlikely McFadden will play again this season, according to team sources. McFadden has been sideline for the Raiders' last six game -- unable to practice -- and his chronic foot condition remains a concern. Even if the Raiders reached the postseason McFadden would have difficulty making it back. McFadden has been away from real football activities for nearly two months, so getting him in game condition would be an issue. McFadden was on pace to challenge for the league's rushing yards lead before he went down against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7.
