We know that Eagles coach Andy Reid is on the perpetual hot seat in Philadelphia, the question posed by Rich Eisen on the tastefully named Rich Eisen Podcast: Should Reid be on the hot seat? Even coming into this year . . . some of the things they're doing this offseason, that's telling the fan base something. You then have to show . . . what are you as a coach." We like what the Eagles have done this offseason, they favored continuity over adding too many new pieces, they paid they guys that deserve it, Dawkins seems to agree. "This is the year to me that says . . . If there was a chance for this team go far it should be this year. You should know your team, you should know who can do what," Dawkins said. Shouldn't he have been on the hot seat last year, or did he get a free pass because of the shortened season? And Castillo too?
Dawkins said Castillo should be on the list too although by association with Reid, he is since Reid brought Castillo.
yep, he's right. i actually wouldn't have been surprised if he had gotten canned after last season. the team just hasn't been responding to him for a while. i would say this is his last chance.

Agree!! I think he got a "pass" for last season...of he doesn't do something this season, starting with winning the NFCE, I'd be surprised if he was back...
