Former Miami Dolphins and all time Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Kosar, who spent the last three years of his 12 year career with the Dolphins, was stopped around 2:45 am in Solon, Ohio for speeding.
