Former Virginia cornerback Chase Minnifield was considered a solid second round choice but had a knee issue during his senior year. According to TFY Draft Insider, Minnifield had his knee scoped after the season to alleviate the problem. Separate sources have told us that Minnifield has admitted that during the scope a micro-fracture procedure was performed, reportedly on a non-weight bearing bone.
