Four Teams Have Interest In Seahawks RFA OG Rob Sims

  1. Restricted-free-agent offensive guard Rob Sims signed his one-year, $1.1 Million tender with the Seattle Seahawks, and the Bears are one of at least four teams interested in him. The others are the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions. Sims is on the trade block because a new regime is in place in Seattle, most notably head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider, and he isn't suited for the zone-blocking scheme offensive line coach Alex Gibbs uses.

He has great size - 6'3", 317lbs - for a guard, and quick feet and massive amounts of upper body strength.

If he could block, he would be a decent lineman!
