LANDOVER, Md. — Washington Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon has broken Hall of Famer Art Monk's franchise record for catches in a season by grabbing his 107th. Garcon's 11th reception of Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys, a 19-yard gain, came with about six minutes left in the third quarter.
