Giants CB Aaron Ross (hamstring) is out for this Sunday's game against the Redskins. Ross last week had platelet-rich plasma therapy, the same procedure that was helpful to DT Chris Canty's healing process, but he's not yet ready to practice, much less play. If Dockery isn't available, Bruce Johnson -- a rookie free agent out of Miami -- will be forced into action as the nickel back. Source: New York Post
Given that Terrell Thomas has been playing well enough to take Aaron Ross's Cb2 position anyway in camp, it isn't a huge loss for a week or so. Webster, Thomas and Dockery are a solid group.
