Giants rookie defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul sat out Tuesday's practice with a groin injury. He tweaked it on Saturday against the Pittsburgh Steelers and tried to practice with it on Monday before being unable to finish practice. The team's first-round draft pick, however, said he expects to play this Saturday against the Baltimore Ravens. "It is nothing," Pierre-Paul said. "I'm just being safe with it. Nothing negative. I don't even know (how it happened), it is just something that happened. It is nothing really. I should be fine Saturday." Head coach Tom Coughlin also said defensive tackle Chris Canty tweaked his groin in practice on Tuesday and had to come out. "I won't know anything with Canty until they get inside and take a look," Coughlin said after practice. Source: ESPN New York
