The family of a San Francisco Giants fan beaten nearly to death outside Dodger Stadium says he's been moved to a new rehab facility because he no longer needs constant medical care.Bryan Stow's family says in a blog post that the 43-year-old former paramedic will undergo aggressive therapy to help him become more independent.
