It's been almost eight months to the day Plaxico Burress shot himself in the thigh in a Manhattan night club, eight months since Antonio Pierce then took his friend to the hospital and allegedly returned the gun to Burress' Totowa home. But eight months without charges against Pierce apparently doesn't mean they're not coming. The New York Post reported in Monday's editions Pierce is "still on the hook" for possible gun possession charges and that prosecutors have considered "flipping" an unidentified Latin Quarter night club security worker to bring charges against Pierce. I'm hoping they are just trying to scare him so when it come time to testify he doesn't have any thoughts of lying for his buddy.
This DA is just on a power trip. As long as Pierce testifies against Burress I do not seeing any indictment coming. A crappy small town lawyer could make that deal, so if Pierce's lawyer doesnt then he best be looking for new representation
