The Giants' secondary seems to get hit with big injuries on an annual basis and that bad luck continued during Saturday night's game against the Jets. Starting safety Stevie Brown had to be helped off the field during the first quarter after injuring his knee. He was not able to put any weight on the knee on his way to the locker room. The injury occurred on an interception of Jets' quarterback Geno Smith, the Giants' second pick of Smith in the opening frame. The team's No. 3 cornerback Jayron Hosley suffered a sprained ankle early in the game and will not return. Source: NFL.com
