One player many considered the jewel of the undrafted free agent rookies says he will be a New York Giant. Boston College linebacker Mark Herzlich tweeted that he has decided to sign with the Giants. "Decision is made I will be a #GIANT can't wait to get to #NYC," Herzlich tweeted. "Thank you for everything." Herzlich later tweeted to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter: "I have chosen the #Giants great team, great fit, great opportunity." The Giants need to upgrade at linebacker and Herzlich was once considered one of the top linebackers in college football. However, Herzlich missed the entire 2009 season due to Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. He is a cancer survivor and now he's a Giant and the latest Boston College product to be a Giant, joining former BC coach Tom Coughlin and former BC standouts Mathias Kiwanuka and Chris Snee.
