Giants SP Tim Lincecum To Pitch To Contest Winner

    One fortunate fan will get a chance to take swings off Tim Lincecum next spring.The Giants ace is challenging fans to a video competition in which they are asked to duplicate his unorthodox delivery on video for an opportunity to hit -- or strike out, for that matter -- against the two-time NL Cy Young Award winner at spring training next year.The entry period for fans to submit their best version of the right-hander's pitching motion began Tuesday and goes through Sept. 16. They can go to facebook.com/timlincecum.

    This is gonna be a great experience for who ever wins.It will be interesting to see if Lincecum blows it by him or pitches a hittable ball

    Guess he won't be awarded first base but the contest would be over. :laughpound:

    I'm sure Red Bull will have all sorts of waivers that will need to be signed before the winner even picks up a bat. Don't want to hold mlb, the giants, lincecum, or red bull liable for anything.
