Safety Kerry Rhodes, out of work since Arizona released him in March and subject of damaging but unsubstantiated rumors in the offseason, will work out for the New York Giants Tuesday, according to Pro Football Talk. Rhodes, 31, has not gotten any serious feelers despite three solid seasons with the Cardinals and five more before that with the New York Jets. He has 23 career interceptions and started for the Jets on the 2009 team that reached the AFC championship game. However, since his release, he has been forced to deny speculation about his sexual preference after several photos were posted online, mostly recently last week.
