Giants Waive WR Micah Rucker, LB Kelvin Smith

    Rucker was signed to the Giants’ practice squad last Dec. 12 and to the roster on Jan. 12 of this year. Smith joined the Giants on May 9. Rucker and Smith were waived to make room for the two second-round signings of Clint Sintim and William Beatty earlier today.
