Steve12 The night is dark and full of terrors

After a great turnout in the Nomination threads, it's time to get the voting started! GIF has spoken, and the Nominees are set. Now is the time for everyone to make their case for the person they think should win each award. The voting threads will be left up for a week or so, so everyone has plenty of time to debate and vote. After the voting is done, we'll wait and see how close we are to the actual NFL winners.

So everyone have fun and vote!

Everyone says Grigson just did the Andrew Luck thing. He did get luck but he got TY Hilton and Vick Ballard in the draft as well as trading for much needed Vontae Davis as well as bringing in Bruce Arians and Chuck Pagano. Dude did some work and turned this team into a winner.

i agree. a blind monkey could have taken luck with the 1st pick but he did some other things that seem pretty positive.

Not to mention the Donnie Avery signing. Dude's turned out to be a pretty good pick up. Resigning Wayne. I can't help but not be a Colts fan living here in Indy.

What Schneider did with the Seahawks this offseason and the way these guys are contributing...I have to give it to him. Especially after all the criticism he got during the draft...

It should be Xanders on the list if you want to include a Donkos exec, even if he isnt with the team anymore. Elway courted Manning, but Xanders built the team he has around him, which has far more to do with their success.

yes, you are correct. that's why i said my vote for elway was for one move and one move only because he really hasn't done much more than that as g.m. ................. but that one accomplishment dwarfs anything anyone else did in my opinion.
