If you were Jerry Jones would keep waiting to see more of Tony Romo or have you seen enough. where's my check book sign him already. what would you do or what do you think. why should he sign him or why not.
i always doubted him every since we benched bledsoe at halftime.. i thought he was a fluke.... a half season wonder, but after last night... i'd have to say sign him.
Who cares? He was an undrafted free agent. If he wants to be a millionaire he needs to put a championship season together. Then Jerry will talk.
I would rather wait until the Cowboys play a team with a good offense and defense. So far they have played two bad teams and another team with an injured defense and a horrible quarterback. They should beat a bad Rams team. They should beat a bad Bills team. The New England game will show what kind of QB Romo really is. I know I will probably get ripped for my statements from Cowboys and Romo fans, but you can't judge him against the Giants, Dolphins and Bears,
Are you kidding? The Bears got injured until the 4th quarter. Before that, Romo faced a great pass rush, and he was just running away from it and making plays!! Drew Bledsoe couldn't play like that even in his wet dreams!! I think he has proved his worth...sign him already!!
Jones needs to sign Romo as soon as possible but the fact is that he also needs to take his time in making the best deal for his team. The money Romo is asking for is out of this world and he should not be paid that based on what he has done so far. If Romo gets this kind of money I can't wait to see what Roethlisberger would ask for when he is up.
I think he should sign Romo now, and while he's at it, he should also sign offensive coordinator Jason Garrett to a long-term deal as well. I think that some team in need of a head coach will come calling and offer Jason a deal he can't refuse, like the Giants. Jason went to school in that area and has family there as well.
