LeBron James can take over a game with his scoring, but believes his skill set is more like Magic Johnson than Michael Jordan because of his passing ability, unselfishness and gregarious personality.“Champions come in different shapes, sizes and forms,†James said. “Everyone always compares Kobe to Jordan and says they always have had that killer mentality. They always had that dagger, that dog. Then you look at Magic [Johnson], and people say that he was fun to play with. He was great. He always had his teammates’ back. He always got his teammates involved. He was a champion as well.“They come in different shapes and sizes and forms and different colors as well. For me, I see myself on the side of the Magic range where I love my teammates, love being around them. I want them to be happy as well. At the same time, dominate the game, as well. I got a long way to go still to get to [Jordan’s and Bryant’s] levels to get multiple championships. Hopefully, I can get there someday.†Source: Real GM
yes, Magic had a gregarious personality which michael and kobe don't have but he also had a killer instinct and could finish.
It would be nice if his game ever fit his ego. He'd be something special. Until then, be nice if he'd stay in reality more often...
Lebron James is a tremendous basketball player. But god **mn his overinflated ego has made me hate him more and more and more and more.
I honestly hope the kid never wins a championship. I am over his rod move, but his ego when hes done nothing...come on.
Yeah, I think he pretty much proved that he doesn't wanna be the guy taking the clutch shot on a regular basis last night against Utah. :icon_rolleyes:
in all fairness, is it really LeBron's fault that he has been pampered and idolized since he was a young kid. He will never be a 'normal' person. His head is totally hecked up and it's society's fault.
I actually had a student teacher in my senior year of high school who went to high school herself with LBJ and was in his clbutt. She would not stop snitching about how he was treated. Kind of sucks for him actually, hes been treated like a king all his life. I wouldn't mind that for a while but after a bit I'd personally be sick of it.
