Hedo Turkoglu To Sign With The Blazers

    Hedo Turkoglu has agreed in principle to sign with the Trail Blazers, according to sources. Turkoglu cannot sign a contract with Portland until Wednesday, after the NBA has released the salary cap for the 2009-10 season. The deal is believed to be worth roughly $50 million over five years.
