Chevrolet has teamed up with Cell Phones For Soldiers to help our troops stay connected to their loved ones! Donate your used cell phone and help our troops receive a free 60-minute calling card. Best of all, it is FREE to ship your old phone! All the info is here. This is a great way to say "Thanks to All of our Troops!"
i gots like 8 cells lying around ................. i remember c=back in 90-91 when my dad was over there our bill was like 1000.00
I'm so glad people can do this. I almost want to post it in a more frequented forum but don't want to get in crap. I saw it on my Camaro forum and thought it was a great idea. I can't imagine being away from my family that long with no contact. **********Automerged Doublepost********** P.S don't thank me...just buy me stuff .:icon_cheesygrin:
Just in time. Just got a new Blackberry Curve, so I can donate my old phone. And since I got the Curve free, and know people that flash phones, I may buy a Droid/Iphone/Blackberry Torch if I can get one on the cheap, so then I can donate the Curve too
I hope everyone can help out. I know I had a few of them kicking around. Some broken due to touchdown "celebrations" when they dropped a call one too many times.....
We already gave our old ones away to help in less fortunate countries, but I love the idea of this and will definitely do it on my next upgrade.
You don't need to donate just phones.... AT&T calling cards were the best gifts my ex ever received. https://shop.aafes.com/scs/default.aspx
