OK Bears lose big to the Eagles in week 16. If not they would have clinched their division AND eliminated the Eagles and Packers from the playoffs. BUT instead week 17 had two prime games with winner takes all. Eagles at Dallas and Packers at Bears with a boat load of revenue for the NFL and the TV networks. Yes I know scream bloody BU54 your insane, but one can't help to wonder once in a while about things like this.
I see what you're saying but as a fan, I can careless what the NFL and TV Networks want. It just makes sick that this is not the only time in the past that the Bears could have prevented the Packers from making the playoffs. COUGH 2010 COUGH
