It's all right. I guess from a reader's perspective, I seemed a bit mad. I'm not really. At least it was a positive rep. By the way I still can't figure it out. Is it under my profile or the person I want to rep's profile?

 

Look right at the post you just made and the red and green arrows are in the right hand corner.

 

Top right where your join date, post cound etc are.

You can also rep with the happyface icon with the thumbs up above the joined date on the right of everyones posts. Just hover your cursor over it and it'll tell you what it is.

 

I'm an arrow kinda gal. I never knew the smiley thing.
