I read an article that said that Holmes could be the offseason fall guy. Is he doing enough to get booted off the team.
I hope not, he does have a track record, but no serious chargers and the dude is a monster on the field.
I really think he could...but then again, they could've made Jeff Reed the Fall Guy and didn't. The combination of Ben's latest chickie friend and the glass throwing incident could be the final straw for ownership and Holmes' contract is just bad timing... If they are looking to make an example, make it Reed...not Holmes...imo.
Sweed will finally get his reps... Ward's got what...maybe 2 years left? Maybe... If they got rid of Holmes, they're pretty much cutting the nose to spite the face. It would obviously be a poor business decision. There are unfortunately (lol...) other players to make examples of...
