    The news has gotten even worse for running back J.J. Arrington. Cut by the Broncos on Wednesday, Arrington will undergo microfracture surgery on his injured knee, according to Mike Klis of the Denver Post. Arrington, who spent all of his career with the Cardinals, was expected to become the third-down back in the Broncos' offense.
