Jaguars defensive Jason Babin got a letter from the league office Thursday, which probably means he has been fined for his hit on Colts quarterback Andrew Luck last Sunday. Babin picked up the sealed letter in his locker to show that he hasn’t bothered to open it to find out the amount of the fine.
