Thirteen days before the Jacksonville Jaguars select second overall in the NFL Draft, general manager Dave Caldwell has narrowed down the team's choice according to Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union. “We’re pretty close — it’s down to two people,†Caldwell said in a phone interview. He said would be “surprised†if a trade offer is enticing enough for the Jaguars to move out of the second spot. Only three people — Caldwell, owner Shad Khan and coach Gus Bradley — will know who the pick is before the card goes up to the Radio City Music Hall podium around 8:20 p.m. Defensive ends Ziggy Ansah of Brigham Young and Dion Jordan of Oregon and West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith are the most common names in mock drafts. There is also a sprinkling of Florida defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd among those who base their opinions on The Best Player Available Theory. Source: The Redzone
