The season ended Tuesday for Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts when the team placed him on injured reserve. Shorts, whose groin injury will require surgery, leads the Jaguars with 66 catches for 777 yards and is tied for the team lead with three touchdown catches. Left guard Will Rackley (concussion) was also placed on injured reserve.
