UPDATED 2:23 p.m. Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts’ season is over with two games remaining because of a groin injury. Shorts was placed on injured reserve today along with left guard Will Rackley (concussion). Promoted to the active roster were guard Drew Nowak from the Jaguars’ practice squad and center Patrick Lewis from Cleveland’s practice squad.
