    With the 147th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders select Middle Tennessee St. DB Rod Issac.

    At 5-11, 197 pounds.....ran a 4.41 40 at his Pro Day and benched 22 at 225 pounds.

    Another DB the Jaguars took that could've been a late rounder at best a lot earlier because of measurables.
