The Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to terms with quarterbacks Jordan Rodgers (Vanderbilt) and Matt Scott (Arizona), tight ends Ryan Otten (San Jose State) and Kyler Reed (Nebraska) and fullback Lonnie Pryor (Florida State), Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union reports. Rodgers is the younger brother of Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Scott’s position coach early in his career with the Wildcats is current Jaguars quarterback coach Frank Scelfo.
