The Jacksonville Jaguars became the 15th team to authorize the NFLPA to decertify itself next season if the NFL attempts a lockout, Vito Stellino of the Florida Times-Union reports. Jaguars offensive tackle and player rep Jordan Black says the vote was unanimous and expects a lockout to occur. Below is an unofficial list of the teams that have voted to authorize the union to decertify: Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts Jacksonville Jaguars, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins.
