The Jacksonville Jaguars get back wide receiver Justin Blackmon on Monday, who's been out the first four games after serving a suspension.

Blackmon was surprisingly hit with a four-game suspension over the summer for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, but he's able to get back on the practice field with his team this week and will be available for the active roster when the Jaguars travel to St. Louis to take on the Rams.

Sweets's Take: Is Justin enough to bring wins to the Jacksonville area? He's carrying a huge load on his back, the entire rest of the season, good luck Justin, you're going to need it.

Justin will be another lost talen just like MJD with Gabbert under center. This franchise is a mess, and it doesn't seem like they are on the road to recovery. Hell, I wouldn't blame Justin if he rolled up a couple after practice just to cope with the joke that franchise is.
