Titans head coach Jeff Fisher once again addressed quarterback Vince Young on Friday, this time making it known that Young is welcome to be with his teammates during the games, and is surprised that it hasn't happened. "I'm surprised he's not here," Fisher said. "He was not told to not be here. But, again, he's following the guidelines of what we do with injured reserve players. We've got several players that are rehabbing outside of Nashville that are not here and we have a handful of players that are here on the sideline and are here for the games." Since the argument between Fisher and Young on November 21 against the Redskins, Young has been placed on injured reserve and was therefore out for the remainder of the season. Fisher pointed out on Friday that he has not spoken with Young, but that he welcomes him back at any point during the remainder of the season to talk. However, he also said that his focus is on the remaining three games. "I'm coaching this football team. My door is open," Fisher said. "I'm not going to go out of my way to do that because that doesn't have any bearing on what will happen tomorrow or this weekend or over the next three weeks. He's welcome to come in if he wants to." Since Young's injury, the Titans have lost three in a row, pushing the current losing streak to six games, after the Titans started the season 5-2. Source: TitansRadio.com
