A source close to Jeff Fisher insisted delay in choosing between Saint Louis and Miami is not a leverage play and neither side has yet to make an offer according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The source said is making sure he has ideal situation. "This is not about money, not about negotiating. This is about winning." We tend to respectfully disagree with Schefter and the source on this one but of course he is quoting a source who probably realizes both fan bases are getting frustrated with the situation and that the impression that Fisher is holding out to play each owner against the other leaves a bad impression, that's just our opinion. Sources typically send out a message someone wants to get out there, not what is necessarily true. If he was concerned about relocation of the Rams, then he would have already signed with the Dolphins, if not he must be pushing Rams owner Stan Kroenke for more money.

I wouldn't mind going with Philbin from Green Bay.
