No matter what happens this season, there will not be a head coaching change during the season. Coach Wade Phillips is not going anywhere. At least, that's the word from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on his radio show on KRLD/105.3 FM Thursday morning. "Under no circumstances would I make a change," Jones said. "We've got a chance to get a lot of things done and we've got a lot of football left to play and we've got some good people that not only can play it, but coach it."

thats good news. for wade. I think Jerruh's comments are spot on, but more than anything he's just trying to stay positive and put a positive spin on things regardless of how he may feel about Wade or the current team that we field week in and week out.

That's a nice vote of confidence from Jones to Wade but Phillips knows he MUST make the playoffs in order to keep his job next year.
