Earlier today, coach Rex Ryan said he wanted to bolster a thin receiving corps. The Jets have made their first move: they re-signed recently cut receiver David Clowney, according to a person with direct knowledge of the transaction. That person requested anonymity because the team has not announced the roster move. The Jets' corresponding roster move was waiving running back/receiver Danny Woodhead.
