It was vintage Ryan Sunday as he tried to convey to the Daily News how confident he is in his guarantee that the Jets will win the Super Bowl next season, assuming there is a season. Forget Teddy Roosevelt. Ryan managed to compare himself to Babe Ruth. "They talk about walk softly and carry a big stick. I love that. I agree with that 100%," Ryan said, standing outside the hotel at the NFL league meetings. "But I guess I feel more like Babe Ruth. I think Rex is the only person in the NFL that thinks him running his mouth isn't old news. It's one thing to have confidence in your team. It's a whole different situation when you guarantee something.
Well they are/were both fat, stupid, sloppy drunks. Only one had a foot thing that I know of, though.
I guess I am in the minority but I think Rex is hilarious and I love him, he is a good thing for the NFL. Especially when him and his brother go at it before playing one another.
