Ineffective play from New England Patriots QB Tom Brady was a key factor in the team's 28-21 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday. And Jets DL Trevor Pryce said he could smell blood in the water early in the contest. Pryce said the Jets' assault on Brady -- who was sacked five times -- was evident as the Patriots QB struggled to adjust his gameplan. "He becomes a different quarterback when he doesn't have wide-open guys and you hit him three or four times," Pryce said. "He was skittish. I've never seen him like that. In the first half, he was terrified." Brady finished 29-for-45 for 299 yards and two TDs. But he threw his first INT since Oct. 17. Have the Jets forgotten that they are playing for a place in the Superbowl in 6 days time? The Patriots game is done, should be turning their attention to the Steelers. Then again, I don't expect them to trash talk the Steelers, because they know that if they pulled the same crap they have with the Colts and Patriots, it will only end with their painful demise. Then again, I think the Jets are more bothered about stopping New England from winning the Superbowl than winning it themselves.
And now the "terrified" Tom Brady will go home to one of the hottest women in the world to clean his old rings and live in his ridiculously beautiful home. I'm sure he's crushed.
^ if you don't think he cares about missing the superbowl again and doing so at the hands of the jets then you think even less of him then I do.
I don't doubt he hates not making it to the SuperBowl this year but again, he gets to go home to one of the hottest chicks in the world in his ridiculous house. He'll work his butt off this off season and even though I'm an Eagle fan, a super motivated Tom Brady and a young Patriot team has to be one of the big favorites to dominate next year. While it kills him, getting brains from Giselle while watching film and figuring out what you can do to improve isn't a bad consolation prize.
