The Jets may have the reason they've been looking for to sit down disappointing linebacker Vernon Gholston: an injury. Gholston, who has no sacks in 24 career games, spent much of the practice open to the media today on the bike. Coach Rex Ryan said Gholston injured his hamstring in Monday's walk-through practice, which leaves the second-year pro open for even more punch-line jokes. Source: New Jersey Star Ledger
