The New York Jets have re-signed defensive tackle Howard Green, who was released last week when the team signed defensive end Trevor Pryce. And the Jets have cut wide receivers Patrick Turner and David Clowney. That creates a roster spot for Green as well as wide receiver Santonio Holmes as his four-game suspension is ending for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.
