The New York Jets ushered in the Tim Tebow era to great fanfare, effectively rolling out the red carpet for their backup quarterback with a news conference specifically for his introduction to the Big Apple. Now that that's out of the way, however, the Jets reportedly are doing their best to limit the degree to which Tebowmainia will overtake Manhattan. The Jets have decided to limit some of Tebow's "outside" endeavors, including weekly radio spots, NFL sources recently told the New York Daily News. Tebow joined ESPN 1050-AM last Friday for a one-on-one interview with Michael Kay, but the Daily News that Tebow's appearance will not evolve into a weekly thing.
