The New York Jets in lieu of an OTA practice today went on a Paintball team bonding activity, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. According to various pictures and Vine video clips posted from players on Twitter, the Jets loaded up their gear and headed to an "undisclosed location" in the area to fire paint-covered gelatin capsules at one another. The move represents another push from the team and players to come together, last year, Rex Ryan sent the veterans to a leadership camp that the coaches attended earlier that offseason. In Cortland, he was famous for running different games and contests to forge a closer team. The move to Cortland itself was another way to nudge players into becoming fast friends. Someone should put a paintball in the side of Rex Ryan's head...just saying...might smack some sense into the guy.
