Keller said via Twitter "Walking in Brooklyn and was attacked by a vicious stray pitbull that was foaming at the mouth..I jumped on a tall fence to avoid the mauling" - "And the only reason I say it was stray is because it broke free from it's owner..and I am not stretching the truth one bit..very vicious dog" - "But don't worry I'm fine..I just don't like pitbulls as much anymore..has anybody else been the victim of an attack like mine? LOL"

I was attacked by one of those heckers when I was like 11 years old. Its owner was this old lady who was very nice!! Anyway, I've been scared to hell by dogs since then, and of course, I hate them.

    I'll shut up now.

the notion that it's all the breeders fault is flawed. pitbulls are a very agressive breed to begin with. add the inbreeding and we have issues.

thing is though there are other breeds that attack as many people every year but they do not get the media coverage.

I didn't say it's ALL the breeders fault, but they share MOST of the blame.

The overly aggressive dogs of any breed should be put down if they are not able to be trained.

my bad hermy, i meant to say owners. to me the breeders are more to blame than anything else. afterall they developed the breed and continue the line with too much inbreeding.

again though, rotties attack as many people every year but they are not glorified like they used to be so pitbulls get all of the bad press.

Some owners refuse to see that their animal is a problem.

They figure that since they don't attack them, it's somehow the victims fault they get mauled, by whatever breed it happens to be.

I just say heck people who don't take care of their crap, they should be put down. My wife was bit on the back 2 years ago while pushing my few month old son in the stroller down the street. It was a little stupid dog that jumped up and got her.

If you want to own a freaking pit because it's cool and trendy or any other reason, then fine, heck you if it bites someone, ever. It should be treated as if you shot them with a gun or stabbed them with a knife because it's actually worse. That is the kind of responsibility that should be taken with aggressive dogs like pits.

I love animals so heck you. :icon_lol:
