Kellen Winslow returned to the Jets Monday for the first time since his October 11th suspention. Michael J. Fensom of the Newark Star-Ledger reports Winslow said his suspension stemmed from an allergy medication, though confusion remains as to the exact substance that triggered the violation. “I’m still trying to figure it out from the NFLPA exactly what it was,†Winslow said. “They haven’t gotten back to me yet, but that’s the only thing I changed what I was taking.
